I’ve only ever played a few cel shaded games during my illustrious gaming career. Heck… there’s not really that many to choose from. I’ve played a little Zelda: Wind Waker, I played through the first few levels of XIII (stupid checkpoint system) and I even played a little Jet Set Radio Future when the original XBox first came out. I’ve had desires to play a few others including Killer7 and Okami, but to be honest there just aren’t enough of these games. Personally I really dig the art style of cel shaded games. They provide a fairly surreal aesthetic that I quite enjoy…
which is why I totally wanna stay in the Comic room at the Kunst Art Hotel in Berlin:

Apparently this hotel specializes in unique rooms designed by renown artists and the hotel has sort of adopted the description of “an art gallery where you can spend the night”. No two rooms are alike and each is designed to provide a vacation experience you won’t soon forget. But of all the rooms I previewed on their web site, room 306 definitely wins the “Coolest Hotel Room Ever” award. It kinda makes me want to repaint my entire house cel shade stylee (as this would greatly assist in my quest to deny the fact that reality really exists outside of the world of games).
